Ordering

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days depending on your location within Canada. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

For bulk orders, it depends on the project and quantity. Delivery time will be discussed with the customer directly.

Where Do You Ship To?

We currently ship across Canada, with plans to expand. Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout.

Is you play dough safe?

Yes. We use non-toxic, child-friendly ingredients and materials. Our dough is made from 100% food-grade ingredients.

How long does your play dough last? and should I store it?

Our play dough is made fresh in small batches. When stored properly in its container and kept sealed, it can last for several months.

If it starts to dry slightly, you can revive it with a few drops of water and kneading.

To keep your kit in great condition:

  • Always seal containers tightly after use
  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to air or heat

What are our toys made form?

We design all of our products using 3D printing with PLA, a plant-based, biodegradable plastic. It’s non-toxic, naturally BPA-free, and unlike traditional plastics, it isn’t derived from petroleum. This makes PLA a more environmentally friendly choice and one of the safest materials for children’s toys.

What ages are you kits for?

Our kits are designed for toddlers and young children (typically ages 2+), with adult supervision recommended, especially for younger children due to small parts.

Do you offer customization?

Yes! We love creating personalized experiences. Whether it’s a themed kit, name customization, or special occasion (birthdays, gifts, events), feel free to contact us for custom orders.

Returns

What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us—we’re always happy to help and make things right.

My Item Arrived Damaged. What Should I Do?

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.

Payment

Do You Offer Cash on Delivery?

At this time, we do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be placed and paid for securely through our website at checkout.
